  • Master of Arts in Theology (Phil. Theol. HS Sankt Augustin and University of Freiburg/ Brsg. – 1983), Licentiate in Mission Theology (Papal University Sant´ Anselmo Rome/ Italy -1985). Systemic Coach and Change Manager (INeKO Institute – University of Cologne – 2021).
  • More than 35 years of work experience in the fields of development cooperation, social work and non-profit sector as CEO (Don Bosco Mondo DBM – NGO) with Don Bosco Partners in 134 Countries and as Director for Corporate Cooperation. Founding President of Don Bosco Network DBN. Founding member and CEO of several Foundations in the Sector of International Youth Assistance and Technical Education.
  • Counselling, financing and evaluating Networks for Technical Education. Coordinator of multinational Don Bosco emergency interventions (f.i. Tsunami and earthquake in Haiti). Implementation of a worldwide organisational development system (Provincial Development Offices – PDOs) with the Salesians of Don Bosco.
  • Don Bosco Representative in Round Tables (f. i. for TVET in India), Foreign Chambers of Commerce (IGCC), Chambers of Craftsmen (ZDH) and Civil Society Networks.
  • Voluntary activities:

  • Doctorate in Business and Human Rights at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany (FAU) – Alumna of the Elite Network of Bavaria
  • Master of Art in Development Management at Ruhr-University Bochum (RUB), Germany (DAAD alumna)
  • Bachelor of Art in International Relations at Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City
  • More than 14 years of working experience in the fields of development cooperation, social work and non-profit sector as project manager, communication/Public Relations manager, and event manager
  • Working experiences with various international and local development organisations such as UNICEF, Christina Noble Children’s Foundation (CNCF), German Red Cross, GIZ, PATH, GOPA, The Friends of Waldorf Education, GreenViet, RED, etc.
